EBONY BOUTIQUE COVID-19 UPDATE – OPENING HOURS AND SAFETY MEASURES

 

To all our friends, family and customers,

Here at Ebony Boutique we want to keep our customers and staff,

as safe and happy as possible.
That’s why we are going the extra mile with our cleaning and other safety processes. 

You will notice a few changes instore, we are encouraging social distancing and suggest customers, or customer groups stay 2m apart. We have added a few signs and zones marked on the floor as suggested distances to abide by especially at the counters. In some stores we have adjusted our store layout to allow more distance between customers at bottleneck points. We will also have a maximum number of customers instore at any one time, this number depends on the store size. 

We are taking the hygiene of our stores seriously, will be regularly cleaning surfaces, especially high touch zones, e.g. eftpos machines after each use. We will  not be accepting cash payments. We will provide hand sanitiser in the appropriate locations instore.

We are requesting that garments tried on are left either in the change room or on the rack outside, this is so we can steam any items tried on, to keep everyone as safe as possible. Steaming kills 99.9% of germs.

Social distancing measures will be in place and we are refraining from handshakes, hongi, hugs and high fives, but you will still get the same wonderful friendly service.

As the government is encouraging contact tracing, we will have a manual contact tracing register in each store, or if you prefer a contact less way you can use either the Ministry of Health's Covid-19 Tracking App by scanning our QR code, or use our location code on https://tracing.co.nz/ website on your phone. All information you provide will be kept secure and private by tracing.co.nz, and will be used only for the purposes of contact tracing during the COVID-19 Alert Levels. We will be adjusting our hours very slightly over the alert level 2 to allow for extra cleaning and for customer appointments. This will vary by store, please visit our Facebook page or website for adjusted hours.

FREE PRIVATE SHOPPING EXPERIENCES

If you’re still not 100% comfortable to come in store with the above measures in place, or just want a little extra one on one wardrobe guidance, we are offering a fabulous new service. Our private shopping experience gives you the whole store to yourself and a dedicated staff member to help you. Booking times vary by store location, so contact your local store to enquire about booking one of these amazing free appointments!

We also have our marvellous website that you can buy from, including click and collect options or delivery. We have been working hard on improving this during lockdown!
