If gardening isn’t your thing, you can enjoy this special native species in wearable form with Remix Plastic’s Forget-Me-Not earrings.

Created in collaboration with Grace Chey, a product design student at the University of Canterbury, these delicate statement earrings feature an open stainless-steel hoop and are laser cut from ice cream container lids destined for landfill — giving waste a beautiful second life.
